SAFE Foundation began as a student-led effort by Aarush Pancholi, focused on making practical STEM education easier to access for students who rarely get those tools early.

The work is still intentionally lean: identify schools with real need, set up durable learning spaces, and build partnerships that can keep supporting students after the first lab opens.

Guidance Behind The Work

SAFE's growth is guided by the advice and mentorship of Mr. Bansan Thomas George. His guidance helps keep the work practical, accountable, and focused on long-term impact.
